This was my third time getting lenses replaced here. I had clear high index lenses put into my old frames this time, and previously I did transition lenses and then prescription sunglasses. Good lenses, slow process

I ordered single vision lenses with blue light blocking for my existing frames. The ordering process online was straightforward, and uploading my prescription was easy enough. I sent my frames in, and they arrived back in about 14 days from when I mailed them out, which felt a little slow; I was without my primary glasses for two weeks. The new lenses themselves are great – very clear, and the blue light coating seems to work. Customer support responded to my email inquiry about the status within 24 hours, so that was good. Overall a decent experience, but plan for some downtime without your glasses.
